Refund Policy

Important information about refunds and cancellations

1. General Policy

Important: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under normal circumstances.

This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the lottery system and ensure fairness to all participants.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or glitch on our platform
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized Charges: If unauthorized charges were made to your account (subject to verification and fraud investigation)
  • Draw Cancellation: If a scheduled draw is cancelled by BigWiin before it takes place
  • Service Discontinuation: If BigWiin permanently ceases operations before completing all draws in your package

3. Monthly Installment Payments

Missed Payments: If you miss a monthly installment payment, you can resume payments for future months. No refund is provided for missed payments.

Voluntary Discontinuation: If you choose to stop making monthly payments, no refund will be issued for payments already made. Your ticket will remain inactive for months with unpaid installments.

Cannot Complete Payments: If you cannot complete your payment plan, previously paid installments are non-refundable. Your ticket will only participate in draws for months with paid installments.

4. Eligibility Issues

Ineligibility After Purchase: If we discover you are ineligible to participate (e.g., underage, restricted jurisdiction) after purchase, your account will be terminated and tickets voided. Refunds in this case are at our sole discretion.

False Information: If you provided false information during registration, no refund will be issued, and your account will be terminated.

5. Winning a Prize

If you win a prize, your ticket is retired from future draws in that package. No partial refund is provided for remaining months. The prize value supersedes any refund claims.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above:

  • Contact our support team at refunds@bigwiin.com within 7 days of the transaction
  • Provide your transaction ID, account details, and reason for refund request
  • Include any supporting documentation or evidence
  • Our team will review your request within 5-10 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 10-15 business days.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact Us First: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved directly.

Chargeback Consequences: Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

Fraud Prevention: We maintain detailed transaction records and will provide evidence to payment processors for chargeback disputes.

9. Package Changes by BigWiin

If BigWiin makes material changes to a package you purchased (e.g., significant reduction in prize value, reduction in number of draws), you may be eligible for:

  • A full or partial refund
  • Transfer to a comparable package
  • Additional compensation

We will notify affected participants and provide options.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

BigWiin reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the policy update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections that supersede this policy.
