Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be terminated without notice.
Ticket Validity: Each ticket purchased is valid for participation in 12 consecutive monthly draws within the selected package duration.
Ticket Allocation: You may purchase one ticket per package. Once you win a prize in a package, your ticket is retired from future draws in that package.
Ticket Numbers: Each ticket is assigned a unique identification number. This number remains constant throughout the package duration.
No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred once purchased, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
Purchase Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful ticket purchase containing your ticket details.
Payment Options: You may choose to pay the full package price upfront or opt for monthly installments.
Monthly Installments: If you choose monthly installments, payment must be received before each month's payment deadline to be eligible for that month's draw.
Missed Payments: If you miss a monthly payment, your ticket will not participate in that month's draw. You may resume participation by making future payments on time.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes. Winners are responsible for any tax obligations on prizes won.
Draw Schedule: Draws are conducted monthly on predetermined dates as published on the website.
Eligibility: Only tickets with current payment status are eligible for each draw.
Random Selection: Winners are selected through a random, computerized draw system that ensures fairness and transparency.
Independent Oversight: All draws are conducted with independent oversight to ensure integrity and fairness.
Draw Results: Results are published on the website within 24 hours of the draw and winners are notified directly.
Verification: Draw results can be verified through our transparent record-keeping system.
Prize Announcement: Winners are announced publicly on the website and notified via email and SMS.
Identity Verification: Winners must verify their identity by providing government-issued identification and other requested documentation.
Claim Period: Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
Prize Collection: Physical prizes (such as cars) must be collected in person. Cash prizes are transferred to the winner's verified bank account.
Prize Substitution: BigWiin reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Tax Obligations: Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance.
Publicity: Winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

All content on the BigWiin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of BigWiin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigWiin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
BigWiin's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the preceding 12 months.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination does not entitle you to refunds of purchased tickets.
By BigWiin: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.
BigWiin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform.
